iStockphoto: reached 100$…
Thursday, May 4th, 2006A great moment in world’s history: I reached 100$ in my iStockPhoto account.
iStockPhoto is a place where photographers can upload their photos, and people buy them for a few dollars (depends on the resolution they want). You get paid for each purchase (which they term “download”). I have just over 300 downloads, mostly of two pictures: A beach in Costarica, and a cross in Budapest.
I joined iStockPhoto in November last year, and yesterday I reached 100$. Now I’m supposed to get a check, we’ll see how it goes.
Google calendar
Wednesday, May 3rd, 2006Google calendar is really cool…
You can share your calendar with other people (Now I can see what Michal is doing, which is nice). The best part is that there are lot’s of public calendars, which you can easily import. Now I have the fixtures for the world cup, all music events in israel, Hapoel Tel Aviv games, all in my own calendar.
Nice, and free of course.
I also created a public calendar for all OLED events.
A visit to PixDro
Monday, May 1st, 2006Today I was invited for a short visit in PixDro, an Israeli company involved in OLED inkjet printing.
It was really interesting, I got a lot of OLED related material, and have been shown some interesting presentations about inkjet printing and about PixDro themselves.
