Lauterbrunnen

We took the cable car from Maanlichen down to Wengen, in the Lauterbrunnen valley. It's a really nice valley, much smaller then Grindelwald. We then took the train to Lauterbrunnen village and their famous waterfall.

Murren

From Lauter we went up to Murren. We wanted to go up to Shilthorn, but the weather was not good enough. I think Murren is the most beautiful of all those villages. It's really small, and rather high-up, but the views were amazing.

Truemmelbachfaelle

Then we went to see the famous Truemmelback falls. This place drains some of the big glaciers up in the mountains, and all the water (20,000 liter per second they say) come rushing down from within the rock. The Swiss opened the rock and you can view it all. They really like to dig up caves (give them caves and Rosti and your money, and these guys are happy).
