Akko, Bikta and more

Michal's cousin (or something like that) got married in the north (Kfar Masarik), so we spend a week-end there. We rented a cabin (Zimmer) in Bustan Hagalil. The cabin was called 'Bikta-Ba-Mata' ("Cabin in the Plantation") and it was rather lovely: a wooden cabin set within an Avocado plantation. Then we went to Akko (To have lunch in Uri-Buri, of course) and then went to a small walk in Yehiam Castle. And all that in just 2 days ;-)
The Avocado plantation, you can see the cabin in there....
Michal, in the plantation. I love this picture...
Akko! No wonder Napoleon came here. Cool picture.

Alexander river

A couple of years ago they (Whoever they are) completely revamped Alexander river. Now there's a nice walking track, and the river banks are clean. They did a good job (And even got a reward. Something like 'best-restored-river-of-2003'). We went there one saturday afternoon with Ronit & Barak. And guess what? I took a picture!
From Left to Right: Michal, Barak and Ronit. And Alexander river in the background. A nice river, with turtles and fish and stuff (We didn't see any turtles though).
